Stratus conducted a detailed process audit, identifying bottlenecks in coagulation, sedimentation, and biological treatment. Key interventions included:

Capacity Expansion Planning
A cost analysis was prepared to scale the CETP from 400 m³/day to 1000 m³/day, ensuring future sustainability and compliance with stricter discharge norms.
